Until recently Spam Detector worked pretty well for me, it caught 90+% and only missed 2 or 3 a day. However for the last week or so it's only been catching 10 or 20% and Ietting 20 or 30 through a day. Sometimes I get 5 identical spams and it stops 1 and lets the other through. Has there been some change to the Spam Detector?
Thanks,
Ron
I have not heard of any changes. Try toggling it off, save the settings, then toggle back on. Also are you checking your email from the Verizon.com website, or are you using a program such as Outlook?
Anthony,
I use the web client from work during the day. At home I use Outlook, which catches 100% of what's getting through Spam Detector. I'll try toggling to see if it helps.
Thanks,
Ron
