I have been receiving a large amount of spam email recently. Although the messages originate from different addresses, they all contain the same comment at the bottom about writing to a physical address in Ontario, Canada, to be removed from the mailing list.
Since the originating e-mail are different, adding the messages to my spam filter does not seem to have any impact on reducing the amount of spam received.
Does any one have any ideas about how I can block these e-mail more successfully?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

ON the webmail site you can write blocking rules. Will work even if you normally dont view your mail with Verizon's Webmail.
I have the same problem also, as does my wife. Spam from {edited for privacy} in Ontario. Started a couple weeks ago.
