Hi, everyone,
SpamCop is reporting that their e-mails to me (letting me know spam has been processed and is ready to report) are bouncing. I'm not having any problems receiving e-mail from any other sources. Does anyone know if Verizon is blocking SpamCop for some reason? If not any ideas on what the problem might be?
Thanks!
-Sharon
Always possible.
Do you have Verizon spam filter active. If so you may eitther be deleting it automaticaly or sending it a seperate folder (which I recommend) on Verizon's Webmail site.
Thanks for the reply.
No, they're not being deleted or moved to a folder, SpamCop says that their e-mails are bouncing back to them.

If they are getting an actual bounceback message, they will need to fill out a WhiteList form to be removed from Verizon's Blacklist. (There's a link to it in the bounceback message itself.) That's not something on your account; Verizon has blocked their sending server.
