Sub email account name not the same as reciever.

Example

I create a sub account lets say Mynewsubaccount@verizon.net

When someone gets the email is says the user is 39q9A329@verizon.net 

I need them to see Mynewsubaccount@verizon.Just like my main accunt does for its email.

Any idea?

Hello Thebobo,

When you log into webmail.verizon.com, try clicking on these options:

>Settings (next to Calendar)

  >Email Settings (on the left sidebar)

     >Options

        >Default From address

           >Click on the dropdown to change it to your "Mynewsubaccount@verizon.net"

Let us know if this resolves the issue.
