Suspended account

I have several Verizon.net email addresses. Last month I received notification that I needed to move them over to AOL servers. I was able to move all except for my daughters. When I logged in with her email, it didn't bring up the move page. Now she is unable to access her email. When I try to log in on the Verizon webmail page, it says the account is suspended. I would like some assistance with this please.
