Switching back from Verizon Yahoo email to Verizon email - folders

Can anyone tell me if we make the switch back from the Verizon Yahoo mail to the old Verizon email will our folders be preserved?  If not, is there a way to make sure our saved items move over?  I was thinking moving everything back to the inbox may work but I don't want to mess it up because there are some things that I can't lose.

No, when you switch from Verizon/Yahoo to plain Verizon, your emails and contacts will be lost.
