TEXT FROM EMAIL MESSAGES SHOW UP JUMBLED TOGETHER IN SENT FOLDER...

Please fix text-errors that occur after being pasted from Microsoft Word. 

I recently sent several copies of a word document to other contacts, which appeared to present fine (no grammatical errors) prior to sending the emails, yet once I reviewed them in my sent folder, it showed some words grouped together, where really there should have been a space in between.

For example, if I wanted to copy the sentence, "My cat is funny" from a Word document then paste it into my email message box, it would look exactly the same as it was from word, however after I send it, then go to my sent folder, it shows up looking something like this:

"Mycat isfunny..."

The words are obviously being jumbled together for some strange reason and I can't figure out why but this is very disconcerting because now half of the recent messages I just sent out are practically illegible.

Please investigate this matter further so that a fix can be applied to this inherent problem with Verizon's email system. Thank you.

I just experienced the same issue and was on with tech support for hours. They had no idea how to troubleshoot  it.

When you review the email text prior to hitting send - spellcheck is fine, grammar is fine, spacing between words is fine.  It's only after the item is sent that the words are jumbled together.

Realistically I suppose I could send all emails to myself then to the intended recipient,but that's not practical long term.

This post is from 2012, and I had the same jumbled text issue for the first time today with no apparent changes or system concerns.

raskal418, what browser are you using and which operating system? Have you tried an alternate browser such as FireFox if you use internet explorer.

When I used outlook for manipulating my verizon email I used word as my email editor, this could be a solution.

This became a problem for me today, I discovered.  After trying all the fixes suggested here and elsewhere, I solved it by reactiviating my Gmail account.
