Am attempting to be happy/pleased with this recent forced change in my daily procedures but so far, not successful or happy.

Have NOT found a way to get my MSN contacts or Favorites to migrate over to the new Verizon home page/email. And, existing emails on the computer at the verizon.net address Do not show on the new Home page for myverizon.com (whatever).

Why is this so hard.....Verizon is losing major PR points with their lack of support and information.
