use Outlook 2007 for email
I am not receiving all email on main acct
did just change settings to listed email acct settings
and unable to send or receive emails on subacct
also receiving so much more spam than ever before in main acct
What settings are you using? What error(s) are you getting? Are you able to send and receive mail normally via webmail?
Using the new settings as stated in support
With main acct - receiving mail now, but some are not being received into Outlook
I see them on the web mail view (annoying to log into 2 places to see from one of my email addresses)
With the sub acct-I get that the email server rejected my login. Verify username and password.
My Verizon shows this as a sub acct

Where in webmail (for the primary account) are you seeing these messages? Are they in the inbox, or in another folder? (Outlook only downloads messages from the Inbox.)
For the Sub account, are you able to access webmail with the username and password your are using in Outlook?
