Starting last week, every time I try to log in to my email, I get directed to the Verizon forgotten password page, which is unnecessary since I know my password. I prompts me for my user name and zip code, then tells me that the information is incorrect.
I also tried contacting Yahoo customer support. They said that my email is connected to an ATT account. This is impossible since I never had an ATT account for anything. I checked on the ATT website just to be sure, and there is no record of me there.
