I have enter my correct user name and pw multiple times and have changed the pw per vz instructions. Webmail and acct access was fine yesterday. What do I do next? Is there a problem on vz side?
Contact Tech Support. This is a peer-to-peer support forum. If you need information from Verizon, you should contact them directly via one of the options on their Contact Us page.
How is this just a peer to peer support forum - I see postings by Verizon tech support? BTW, one of the options in the vz contact us link for tech support to post in this forum.
VZ reps/employees do post here, but this is not the primary way to contact VZ support AFA I know. Edge are you using any programs or browser options to store your userid/password? If so I would clear anything that is stored. Also just curious what browser are you using? You many want to try an alternate browser if issues persist.
There used to be a banner at the top of all of the pages. This forum was built for peer-to-peer support. That's why it's listed everywhere (including the Contact Us page) as "community support."

I have been trying to log in to pay my bill and it has been twisting and turning for the last 39 mins. I have had it with verizon. they lure all or most customers when fios came to my area from Cablevision, they promised you the world and DELIVERED NOTHING!!!! I am fed up with them. I am paying MORE with verizon than I paid with cablevision for much less. I call that "bait and switch" but a better word is "RIP OFF".
My sign-in screen is STILL churning!!!!
I am ready to go back to Optimum. Another thing that I have about fios is to get the OWN channel I have to pay an outrageous price for it... and MOST OF THOSE CHANNELS THAT COMES WITH OWN I DO NOT EVEN WATCH... WHAT DOES ONE CALL THAT?

Try clearing your cookies and cache, and also try a second browser if that does not work. If you still have no success, contact Verizon directly.
