I use Verizon as my internet access provider. In addition to my verizon e-mail address I have two others.
Suddenly Verizon is preventing me from sending any e-mail message with an attachment from the non-verizon account.
My OS is Mac OS X 10.7.5. I am using the native Mail program.
I have had this non-verizon e-mail address for years and have used it to send attachments through Verizon for years. This is a new problem. Changing the outgoing server from outgoing.verizon.net to smtp.verizon.net has no effect.
The attachment itself is only 94 kb.
Any suggestions?
What error are you getting? Have you tried sending the same message without the attachment/with a test attachment to narrow down the issue?
