Hi,
sorry if this is not relevant to this forum at all - I didn't know how to contact the mail admins for verizonwireless.com email addresses, so this is my last hope of getting help.
I run a mail server with over 10,000 senders, and for the past couple of weeks we have had great difficulty sending emails to all verizonwireless email addresses. I've included the latest delivery problems (from our logs) below. The mail server pluto.verizonwireless.com is simply responding with the permanent error message "554 mercury.verizonwireless.com", without providing any further information.
Note that I replaced the real email address user with 'EXAMPLE', just for privacy reasons in this post.

Any help would be great!
Thanks
