My new emails are not in bold to indicate unread.  Even spam comes in and looks as though it has been opened.  All my old emails appear to have been opened, and new ones that come in are not bold.

Are you also using Yahoo/Verizon email? http://forums.verizon.com/t5/Share-Your-Ideas-with-Verizon/Fixing-Yahoo-Verizon-email-so-that-new-em...  I have the  standard VZ webmail & do have this issue.

Also have you tested your email from another computer?

Yes, I have Verizon Yahoo.  Never had this problem until yesterday.  I wonder if it is that I got a new Verizon smart phone and it is badly set up.  Maybe it is somehow indicating the unopened emails have been read.  I turned the phone off completely, though, and it still happened.  I will check the link you sent, but I don't understand why something that was working suddenly stopped working.

Haven't tried it from another computer, but same problem on the phone.
