Verizon spam settings incorrectly mark very important emails (from persons I have been receiving emails all these years) as spam with the result that I have missed the same causing a great deal of consternation and material loss in the last week or so. I had never logged on to the online website or messed with the spam settings ever. When I login today I see that the SPAM detector is turned on and is set to delete all incoming email that Verizon considers as SPAM to be deleted. This is **bleep** ridiculous. Verizon has no bloody business to introduce half-baked spam detertors on my account without my permission and should get out of the business of determining what is/is NOT SPAM. Either use a proven spam detector or let the users determine what SPAM is by marking them once.
