Hello, we are restarting our computer to shelf life or new. Will we still have our Verizon E-Mail's or loose them ? Thank you'll.

do you mean the emails in general from the verizon website?  if so, then yes.

If you mean the emails you have downloaded to your PC through outlook or windows mail or a similair program, then, yes if you back them up first.

If you like the Verizon software, then after you are done restoring your PC, go to http://activate.verizon.net and it will let you redownload all the software that you had prior.

Hello yes talking about the regular Verizon e-mail in our in box. Didn't;t know if we need to burn them back up etc. Or not. So going by your 2 replies I think well be OK & when we re - store Our Verizon DSL. Package & open our Verizon e-Mail it will still be there. We also have Yahoo's Acc. & they should be there also. Thank you very much for your time & enjoy your 4 th tonite. Have a safe trip if your traveling. Jay
