Can I backup or download my verizon FIOS emails and email folders to my pc?  would like to do this before AOL migration because I have had bad experiences with AOL, they deleted emails and email folders from my AOL account that housed business transactions claiming I had not been in the account in the past 180 days knowing I had been in the account during December 2016 and January 2017.

Do you have Outlook ?

Then answer is yes for anything that you put in the VZ Inbox.

Each folder must be placed in the Inbox one at a time if you want to create that folder in Outlook.
