Verizon YDS with AOL - Impossible to find out how to update payment information

Every year I go thru this EXTREME HASSLE of trying to find someone at Verizon who can assist with locating my Verizon YDS email account that is now with AOL.  It seems litterally impossible to find this information online and I get hung up on when calling because I don't have an account # or cell # that is associated with any Verizon account. 

Can anyone assist?  I need to update my CC info before they cancel my email subscription.
