Verizon Yahoo email filter/prioritizer

Hello!  I have Yahoo email through Verizon.  Is there a way to set it up so that only emails from people in my contacts list gets through to my inbox and anyone not in my contacts list goes to Spam?  I have looked and looked and cannot see a way to set it up like that.  On the Yahoo help site it says you can do this and gives the following steps:

"Here’s how:

1. In your Inbox - or any folder - you will see a set of View links in the upper right that contain various view and sorting options.
2. Click From Contacts.

That’s it! Now your Inbox or folder view will now only show the emails from people you have added to your contact list..."

I, however, do not see a set of View links in the upper right anywhere.  I emailed Yahoo to ask them about how to do it and they said since I had Verizon Yahoo, I had to ask Verizon.  So I'm asking.  Does anyone know how to do this?  Thanks!
