Verizon Yahoo email temporary error:14 for two days

I have been trying to open my web email for two days and all i get is temporary error:14 I tried the "empty cashe and delete cookies" and resart stuff but that did not help. I have tried using different browsers and that did not work. Any other ways to get it to work?
