Even though i have added domains to safe senders - all of a sudden - i can't send or receive from my kids college email accounts? Why are they being filtered as spam? Very frustrating
Hi There,
I recently had a similar problem with a hospital domain - all emails from the hospital were being blocked by verizon spam filters. A verizon employee read my post and within 2 days the issue was corrected.
I think for a verizon employee to notice your post, you should explicitly write it to say something like "Spam filter blocking emails from University" and list the school's domain name in your message.
Here is where verizon has a black list you can check
http://whatismyipaddress.com/blacklist-check
This is where you submit a request for the domain to be added to their whitelist - not sure how successful you will be, but you can try:
http://my.verizon.com/micro/whitelist/RequestForm.aspx?id=isp
Again - think about re-submitting your post with an explicit message header to catch their attention.
