Has anyone else experienced this problem? In past years when traveling abroad I could log on and get my email whenever I tried. Sometimes I used web2mail, which also worked. This year I was in England, Holland and Sicily and Verizon would not accept my logon at all. Instead it directed me immediately to Verizon Wireless, asking me to enter my cell phone number. We do not have Verizon Wireless but are with another carrier. On our return we found over 1,000 emails in our inboxes, some of which required action while we were away. Has anyone ever found a good way to get complaints heard by someone in authority at Verizon? Bummed in Potomac.
