Recently purchased a new computer with Windows 10. Cannot get Verizon email to sync with the new computer. I am not extremely tech savy, know enough to get around, but this just confuses me. Everytime I re-enter my password (when it tells me my email is out of date) it does not save it. Any help would be appreciated.

Note also that you have to let the mail and client have access to Calendar in your privacy settings. I had denied all seemingly unnecessary access originally and it would not sync.
Hi tns2:
Where exactly are these privacy settings.....in VZ email or Outook ?
There in Windows Settings/Privacy.
Hi tns2:
Thanks for pointing the way.
For DMB1's info went to :
Start>Settings>Privacy>Calendar
Let apps access my calendar ON
Mine was as above .... guess that's the default they set up.
I'm going to try the stuff you suggested. Windows 10 keeps changing my verizon.net password after I sign up and then gives me the error message your settings are not up to date Webmail works fine thanks I'll let you know
OK. I have done all of the steps that are in this thread. I was and am using old Outlook 2013 for email. All identities are working. I decided to migrate to Win 10 mail. All gmail and aol identities working properly. But I can not get verizon.net mail to work. Any thoughts?
