Have tried to live with this poorly constructed email set-up since the change from MSN Premium. There is no question Verizon has dropped the ball in this transition. OK shame on me for not knowing better.
BUT, does Verizon even attempt to respond to these problems.....not that I've ever seen.
So, if you Verizon Guys want to keep a customer, let me know.
If you can't determine my email address from this post, then I guess that tells us all somthing.

This is a peer-to-peer support forum. If you want to get a message to Verizon, you should contact them directly via one of the options on their Contact Us page.
Some people feel better just getting their complaint out there. I see nothing wrong with that. We all know this is a peer support forum. People will write what they want to in spite of the constant reminders. And I do believe that Verizon employees monitor the forums. I have been told that by several up the ladder who have helped me.
So if noyveryhappy gets happy from posting her complaint. Let her be happy!!!
