Verizon emails

What is the deal with Verizon email service. I try to send attachments of spreadsheets and the email server rejects it as possible spam. Other people try to send me emails, forwards etc, and their emails are rejected by the server. I us the service for business and I can't relay on the email service to meet my needs. additionally, anyone try to get an answer on line? Type 300 characters and it cuts you off while explaining your problem. Then when you shorten the message, it sends back a message saying the service is currently not available. This is under the support tab. If anyone has any suggestions short of getting a different service please advise. What a wast of precious time trying to get and send emails. Very disillusioned and disturbed by the level of service from this national provider that I've had for a very long time. John
