When I try to access my Yahoo email box (not the one associated with Verizon), I am redirected to the Verizon site. I was able to accept the Oath terms for the Verizon/Yahoo email, but I am not directed to the same option for the original Yahoo.
David, a Verizon tech via chat worked with me for an hour before he said he could not assist me. I utilize the original Yahoo email as my primary source and it was be near catastrophic if I could not gain acess again. The solution to the problem appears to be gaining access to the Oath terms to allow my email address {edited for privacy} to accept the terms.
Also, the Yahoo help page simply redirects me 360 degrees back to my starting point each time I attempt to unlock and change the password. I have been sent and entered multiple codes to no avail. Plz help.
