Verizon.net email is messing up

my email accout is the primary account. I've already setup sub accounts for my family. For some reason today when one of my family members tried to log onto their email it kept saying our browser may be to old or javascrypt might not be enabled. Which both were. This happend on two different computers in the house.

I can access my email account with no problems. I just tried my fathers sub account again and now its linked to his verizon wireless account and not his email. He can't access his email and I don't see any settings allowing me to fix this....
