I have a domain, e.staples.com which I specified to allow ALL e-mail through the Verizon spam filter.
Some are still getting placed in the spam mailbox. If I decide that I want ALL e-mail from a certain domain, it should be delivered, no placed in the spam mailbox even if other detection says it's spam. C'mon Verizon - rewrite you spam filtering software if necessary.
Check to make sure that the messages are not also appearing in your inbox. When the Spam Detector catches a message that is allowed by the Safe Senders list, it puts a copy in both folders.
