When I access my e-mail inbox, the name at the top of the window shows a different name than mine, however, the e-mail are addressed to me. Has anyone ever had that happen to them ???? Trying to get help with this issue has been impossible, therefore

Sorry I can't help you with the log-in problems, I have them too, and I use IE.
I did e-mail Verizon and got a response as to the different name appearing when checking e-mail.. When you have not completed your on-line profile, they assign a name to you, so that is what happened to me.
You could maybe try to e-mail verizon about the log-in problem. I got a quick response.
