What happened to my e mails

I just went looking for an old e-mail and it seems with the latest changes to the Verizon e-mail, either my old e-mails are gone or someplace I haven't found. Anyone have a solution?

If you can't find them in your E mail folders, they have gone to E mail heaven.  You could ask Verizon if they can recover them for you, but, I doubt if they can.
