I recently made the transition of my Verizon e-mail accounts to AOL Mail.
Of the eight e-mail addresses our household uses through Verizon ("aliases" or "sub-accounts" in Verizon-speak), all work fine, save one. One e-mail address can send e-mail, but our tests show it cannot receive e-mail. We have reviewed the process, quadruple-checked everything according to instructions from Verizon and AOL. The eighth sub-account should work, but it doesn't and we have no idea why.
