Why Can't I delete sub-accounts?????

I get to the page that has a list of sub accounts.  There is a blue option to the right to delete, but it takes me to a page where I have no options to delete a sub account.  Why is this so difficult??

I can see account options to "change" or "delete", but when I click delete it takes me to a page to create another sub account!!???  Frustrating....

it might be because you have max sub accounts used right now...also if you have yahoo as a portal partner you will need to go to verizon.yahoo.com and sign in there then go to membercenter and you should be abled to take care of the sub accounts

All of the sub accounts are full....how can I get rid of them?
