Why don't you fix your spam filtering?

Gmail proves you CAN effectively filter spam if you put some effort into it.  But it's been the same {please keep your posts courteous} from Verizon for years. "Turn on your Spam Detector". Duh, it's on.

Whitelist. It doesn't work

In box gets bombarded with Email every day that a {word filter avoidance} 2-year old could see is spam just from the sender & subject lines.

Come on, FIRE Symantec or whatever useless money pit of a company you're outsourcing your work to and put some **bleep** effort into your Email. Just look at this forum, everyone knows it sucks. If Gmail can do it right, so can you. For the amount of money you charge for FiOS it is totally, 100 percent, and did I mention completely unacceptable.
