Why is it that NO ONE in this company can fix their e-mail probem? what kind of **bleep** work here?

I have been trying to get someone [anyone] to fix my problem with their e-mail. I guess no one has the brains to fix it. Is there anything I can do to get it fixed? I will go out and spend the money to fix it and take that amount of my bill. I am paying for a service that they can NOT supply. What kind of {keep your posts courteous} work for this company? I even had someone named {edited for privacy}who is supposed to be a computer wiz to help me and he cant fix it. So maybe this cheap company should take $30 a month of my bill.
