Windows Live Mail

I cannot acces my Windows Live mail. When I click it on the the hour glass pops up & normall the Windows Live mail box shows on the screen and than it opebns up & my mail appears, however before all this happened, a window would appear that showed my e-mail is locked because of multiple attempts to get into my mail. I would hit okay & I would get a sign on box. I would click out of that. I could receive and send mail. I was never locked. Now maybe I am, because I cannot access it.

DOUBLE CHECK the password values in windows live mail, both for sending and receiving email.

Logon to Veirzon WEBMAIL (or Yahoo email if use that) and see if you are locked.  If needed follow the pages to request that it be unlocked.
