YDS (Your Domain Service) Still getting bills after migration to AOL

When verizon.net email accounts migrated to AOL, I was told that the annual charge would probably end. Since that time I have received 2 billings for this service.

No one at Verizon knows where the YDS is headquartered or what area administers it. I have spend many hours trying to track this down without success. Initially it was outsourced to an overseas company but again, nobody knows who that might be.

I'm trying to find who now owns the verizon.net email since Verizon apparently no longer owns them.
