Why am I getting a bill? I only have email because Verizon isn't available where I live. I was told this enail is free. $20 a month just for emails and no other service is a bit much.

Our records show this email was originally part of a DSL account (now closed). It looks like you may have the Verizon,Your Domain feature enabled, which makes it possible to keep your email account active (at $19.95 a year) despite having no service.  Below is a link with more info regarding Verizon, Your Domain.

Yes, I want to keep my email. I wish you guys would come in my area for internet and phone service. I have comcast and hate it. Yes I want to pay the yearly charge to keep it. I thought that it said monthly. That is why I got upset. So sorry.
