can't access email from skype to reset password/ can't access spam folder

Hi, I am trying to reset my skype password. Skype sends me emails to do this but they are not appearing in my inbox. skype trouble shooting suggests that I check my spam folder. but even when I enable the spam option in settings no emails appear in my spam box. Can someone suggest how I can see the emails that skype has been sending me? thanks!

Make sure your spam filter is set to send email it thinks is spam to a Folder and not to just delete spam.  Then you will have the option to check the spam folder.
