cannot connect to my email

i have an error message that says you are not allowed to connect to webmail from (50.206.81.190) due to spam activity. please contact abuse@verizon.net for assistance.    What is going on?

Sounds like they flagged your account for some odd activity or behavior. You should email them right away and find out.
