change password on my email account

i have an email account with verizon.net through yahoo.   it wont let me change my email password. it keeps directing me to my account for my home phone. and even then it wont let me change anthing with my email account

Hi. Did you click on the link where it says forgot user id or password on the webmail.verizon.com website? Try deleting your cookies, internet cache and resetting your browser and then try this again. Let us know how it goes.
