Since I'm not in your area I can't verify. Can you provide some more detail about what you are seeing? What error are you getting? Are you accessing webmail or an email client?
We have been having trouble since last week, as have many, many others. We are also getting the old email page. I think Verizon knows about this as many have reported it. Verizon should make some kind of public announcement. There are many messages in this forum and on the Ideas Page about this. Some think it is a result of a Microsoft Update to Windows (related to security). However, if that is true Verizon will have to make some changes to their software. One of our computers has Firefox and you can get into the email page with that browser, although it is the old email page. This is an intermitent problem and very annoying This trouble seemed to start when Verizon tried using HTTPS instead of just HTTP.Some will tell you to clear cookies, etc but most people do that all the time. That suggestion is used when someone has no real idea what to do. I'm in zip 21234.
If you want to get into your email you can use one of the following links, which I have posted on this forum already.

PS I'm sure Verizon has taken off the new email page and put the old email page back on because they KNOW they need to work on it.
COME ON, VERIZON, MAKE A PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT SOMEWHERE ON YOUR SITE!!!!!!!
