My sister has an e-mail account with comcast.net. None of the e-mail messages that she sends to me reaches my Verizon account. She has no problems with anyone else, just me. I can't determine why I can't receive any e-mails from her. She has my correct e-mail address.
Check your Verizon Spam setting and folder. Make sure you don't have it set to delete "spam" but to save it to the folder. I have had various friends and family mail go there, sometimes because they are unwittingly passing along spam and sometimes because they are mistaken for spam. Not sure if its still true, but it used to set any email with multiple exclamation points in the subject as spam.
Also check you Blocked Senders list in webmail. Make sure her address and/or the whole Comcast domain are not blocked.
