7 days later I stil have not been able to access my e-mail. 1hour & 45 Min. later I learned we are to go to WWW. Verizon.net.
When I did that it reverted to Verizon.com. There was no notification of this to my knowledge and it did not work
Service has been incredibly slow over the last 2 weeks, sometimes up to 8 min for a page to come up At this point I don't have any more time to spend with Verizon and have decided to go with Comcast
If someone knows how to talk with someone I might be willing to do so.
