I can not open any e mail attachments.....how can I fix that?

Called Verizon and was told their computers were down...

IF this happens on all attachments then  try installing a differnet browser and test with it. This will tell us if there is an issue with your current browser.

Also did this just start, & were any recent changes made? What OPerating system are you running?
