Could someone please tell me how to send an e-mail attachment? I really don't know and want to know. I see a paper clip but do not know how. Thank you

I am not sure I understand what you are asking.
Assuming you are using the Verizon webmail interface, as it says on the email page "Drop files here to add them as attachments", you just go to wherever the files are, using Windows Explorer for example, and drag the desired item to that area in the webmail page.
That seems so simple that I am sure I must be mis-understanding your question. So perhaps you can explain further?
