VZ is the most complicated and NON-intuitice intreface ever invented.  If a programmer wrote the VZ UI as the UI for my business he woudl be fired on the spot!  I have been running in loops for HOURS trying to simply change the passwords for all four of my family's email acocunts and I can find NOTHING to chage them.  ThePassword Change Tool keeps looping me back to the acocunt home page which has NO LINK to egit the passwords for all of the email acocunts.  Cna somoene PLEASE give me a clear and simple way to change a **bleep** password???????

 Make sure you are logged out, First go to my verizon then fill in your userID, then click the forgot password dialog....

I believe you will have to do this for each account . (gleaned from a post by SomeGirl)

If you are trying to change the password for accounts that you know the existing password for, log in to each account and change your password from the account page.

If you do not know the existing password, go to webmail.verizon.net and click on the forgot password link. Follow the promts for the account you are trying to reset.

Either way, you will need to follow the process for each account individually. There is no mass-reset option.
