email attachments (photos)

I'm vacationing in Costa Rica and Windows email outgoing messages are blocked so I must go to this Verizon server to send emails. I'm not able to attach single photos. Everything seems fine..the arrow just spins for about two minutes and then I get the following message:   " Please check your network settings and try again".   Photo does not attach.

What can I do to fix this?

Also any suggestions on how to use Window's email to send?

Sorry to hear about the problems you are having with email attachment. If you are not on a Verizon connection, you can not use outlook with the standard POP settings. You must use the webmail. I have sent you a private message
