email is not working totaly on windows 10

email works on phone not on computer. can send and receive but then drops. inbox only has a feww mails from feb. nothing current

Okay thanks for your reply details are Windows 10 mail app not Outlook app signs up my pop email and then when I close the signup box it changes my password and then gives me a notification my settings are out of date. Then I click fix it and it gives me the options to enter my password which I do then a few minutes later the cycle continues. I have tried adding my email manually also with the same result.

Webmail works perfectly through my browser Google Chrome.

I have tried Microsoft virtual assistant chat that's a joke. I have messaged Microsoft technical and they're supposed to be looking into it LOL please let me know if there are any details I left out thanks

I poersonally do not use Windows 10 Mail app.
