email overseas

I am trying to access email overseas even access and I cant use outlook or the webmail verizon won't let me even access the webmail page or contact customer service through the web any suggestions

I had the same problem in Paris - couldn't access email with phone, tablet or laptop through app or browser.  Had to use my other email while away.  Finally read on this board that this is a frequent issue out of the US.

When I got home I called Tech. Support and was told one can call when out of the country and give them the IP number and then they will do something so you can access your email.  If you have Skype you can probably contact them for help.  Good luck!
