Why is there a drop down list on my emails sender box.  I have my email address as the first listed when I send an email but then there's an address I don't recognize as well.  Where did this come from?

This is most likely the vzid that was assigned when your account was created. It should begin with vze_____ or res_____. This is a system-generated id; every account has one.
